Tom Martinelli, right, of Pine and John Philps, left, of the North Hills dump buckets of fish including several large bass into the back of a truck on Wednesday afternoon, October 7, 2009 at North Park Lake. The fish were taken out of the lake and moved to other lakes in the park while the main lake is drained and dredged. The Army Corps of Engineers, is partnering with Allegheny County to drain the lake and subsequently remove sediment as part of the project. The project will restore the lake to its original depth and bottom configuration.
