Doreen Gudel, 44, of Monongahela holds Maddie, a Belgian Malinois, as she waits for a private plane to pick her up to deliver her to a foster family in Wisconsin. Maddie was found as a stray puppy and taken in by an elderly person who could no longer care for her so had to take her to the Washington Area Humane Society.
