Runners pass through and celebrate in clouds of colors at the Color Me Rad 5K at First Niagara Pavilion in Burgettstown, PA on Sunday, June 9, 2013.  The bright powder, made from colored corn-starch, is thrown at participants as they run through the clouds of colors to complete the race.
