People participating in Pittsburgh's 'Open Streets' ride their bicycles along Penn Avenue in the Strip District on Sunday, May 31, 2015.  The city of Pittsburgh closed down 3.5 miles of Butler Street and Penn Avenue to vehicle traffic from Lawrenceville to Downtown on Sunday.
