Two girls react at the scene of a fatal shooting along Penfort Street inside the Northview Heights housing complex on Wednesday afternoon, July 30, 2014.  The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office identified the man who died as Eugene T. David Jr., 19, of Braddock. Family at the scene said David also rapped under the name “Booga-C.”
