Sean Garrett-Roe of Point Breeze stands with his daughter Greer Engle-Roe, 9, and wife Kristen Engle as she holds their son Iain Engle-Roe, 9, at the 10th annual Ride of Silence in Oakland on Wednesday evening. The event honored bike riders who have been injured or killed on public roadways.  Iain was dragged under an SUV when a driver collided with him, failing to yield to oncoming traffic. The driver was released with only summary offenses. The Pittsburgh Ride of Silence is endorsed by Western Pennsylvania Wheelmen, Pittsburgh Major Taylor Cycling Club, Allegheny Cycling Association, Flock of Cycles, Pittsburgh Masters Velo Club, Bike Pittsburgh, and Pittsburgh Babes on Bikes.
