Virgil Faust, 91, a veteran of WWII who served with the Air Force was shot down on August 17, 1943 and spent 21 months as a prisoner of war in the German prison camp,  Stalag 17b.  On Friday he joined other POW veterans at the Annual POW/MIA Recognition Ceremony and Luncheon at the VA Butler Healthcare Auditorium.
