Tiffani Keirn, 28, of Monroeville, has her reflection cast on a window at the LeMont during the Operation Backpack Children's Foundation and A Child's Place at Mercy's 2012 Above & Beyond Awards for law enforcement and child protective service professionals on Monday. Keirn, a caseworker, was awarded a prize for her work.
