Lisa Gallagher, principal at Woolslair elementary school in Bloomfield, cuts the ribbon to the new library on Friday, November 4, 2011. The school was is one of 42 elementary schools nationwide to receive a library makeover in 2011 courtesy of Target and now features 2,000 new books, eco-friendly design elements, a complete technology upgrade, as well as new furniture, carpet and shelves.
