United States Attorney David J. Hickton announces thirty-five fugitive sex offenders were arrested over the last 10 weeks as part of Western Pennsylvania's participation in Operation Grand Slam.  Attorney Hickton made the announcement at the Federal Court House, Downtown on Thursday afternoon, surrounded by law enforcement officers who were involved in the operation.
