The driver of a vehicle involved in a police chase sits handcuffed as police investigate the scene at Steuben and Wabash Streets in the West End on Monday afternoon, April 18, 2011. The driver was taken to Allegheny General Hospital. Two other adults and a child were in the car but were not treated for any injuries.
