Some undergrad students from Carnegie Mellon, led by an adjunct/engineer/historic bridge enthusiast, are presenting a study to PennDOT today on the feasibility of reusing the historic Hulton Bridge in Oakmont as a trail bridge, rather than replacing it as PennDot has planned.
