TOP: Spike Miller stands at the site along Blockhouse Run Road in Beaver County where two people, Helen McCoy and Robert Harris, were found on Wednesday afternoon after being missing since Monday. Miller was driving by when he was flagged down by family members who found the car with the two missing people. Harris was pronounced dead at the scene and McCoy was taken to a hospital for treatment.
